Marketing Manager - Part time

Evolv is a market-leading provider of financial services, specifically in the area of self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) audit. We are seeking an energetic creative thinker to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand growth. This role will suit someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on running of campaigns across a range of marketing channels, including digital, and is ready to take their career to the next level. The position is 3-4 days per week (we’re flexible for the right person) and is primarily based in our central Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Marketing Planning: Lead the development of the brand strategy, annual marketing plan, and budget, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Digital Marketing and Automation: Create and manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, SEO, advertising, social media (mainly LinkedIn), and introduce automation processes.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Implement digital marketing analytics, prepare regular reports, and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities to optimize future campaigns.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and integrate insights into marketing strategies and campaign performance reporting.
  • Content Creation and Communication: Manage content creation for various platforms (email marketing, website, social media, newsletters, etc.) and support written communications for internal and client needs.
  • Leadership: Contribute to Executive Team, oversee a direct marketing report and ongoing support to Sales team, including representation at industry conferences.

Experience:

We’re seeking a marketing professional with 6+ years of experience, including some experience in a senior-level role. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns across various platforms. Demonstrated experience in email marketing, CRM/database management, and marketing journey automation is essential. Previous people management and / or Financial Services experience is a plus but not required.
